Return and Refund Policy

At Kaan Kala, we carefully check and pack every product before dispatch.

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item is delivered. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and an opening video.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and jewellery items are not returnable if they are used, worn, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed after verification. Shipping charges and COD charges, if any, are non-refundable.
