Welcome to Kaan Kala. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms listed below.

Products and pricing:
We try to display product photos, descriptions, colors, and prices as accurately as possible. Slight color differences may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

Orders:
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Kaan Kala may contact you to confirm COD orders before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to incorrect pricing, stock issues, incomplete address, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations.

Payments:
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery.

Shipping:
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier availability.

Returns:
Returns and replacements are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Product care:
Artificial jewellery should be kept away from water, perfume, sweat, and direct moisture. Store jewellery in a dry box or pouch.

Limitation:
Kaan Kala is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect customer details, or events outside our control.
